Who we are

Founder, Christopher Fitch, brings three decades of experience leading enterprise transformation at the intersection of strategy, technology and organizational change. His career spans leadership roles at IBM, Accenture and LEGO across the US, Europe, and Asia.

  • The $34B merger of Red Hat with IBM and leading IBM acquisition integration from due diligence on to deliver billions in deal value through disciplined transformation, operating model governance, leadership alignment and change management.

  • Built and led dozens of global strategy and transformation practices and programs delivering billions in operational efficiencies and revenue growth across industries such as, among others:

    • Strategy and transformation lead for several billion USD in IBM ERP sales

    • eProcurement and Strategic Sourcing EMEA lead for Accenture

    • Designing and implementing AI and digitally enabled workflows
